Features:
1. The main machine consists of 4 extruders of ø45/ø100/ø65/ø45, which can produce 4-layer, 5-layer, 7-layer high resistance sheet
2. Use United States accurate feed block technology, measuring according to the proportion, stationary runner, more precision layering, more stable. Control the thickness error of EVOH material within ±0.015mm.
3. With melt metering control, closed-loop control is achieved in the extruder, and the extrusion is more uniform.
4. The whole line adopts man-machine interface display, PLC control, frequency control, and is equipped with online crusher to achieve automation and cleanliness.
5. Three-roller arrangement: Upright type structure, suitable for processing various thickness materials.
6. Large winding diameter (up to 1500mm) variable frequency drive, constant tension control.
